The Solis Ortus holiday flat on the first floor is 65 m² in size and suitable for 2-3 people. (1 bedroom 12 square metres, 1 living room with dining kitchen 24 square metres, 1 bathroom) The Solis Ortus flat is located on the upper floor above the Solis Occasum flat.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180 x 200 cm and a wardrobe. The eat-in kitchen is furnished in country house style and has a sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs, a kitchenette with 2 hotplates and a fridge-freezer.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin. The washing machine is located in an adjoining room. A 30 m² sun terrace with sea view, which offers a panoramic view of almost 360 degrees, as well as a further 4 x 2.50 m terrace on the sunset side promise cosy and relaxing days and evenings.
The Space
The accommodation consists of a detached villa and two flats adjacent to the main house. The Solis Ortus flat is on the 1st floor and is approx. 65 sqm. Double bedroom with TV. Bathroom with shower, an electric open-plan kitchen with dining table and sofa bed. Outside there is a shared washing machine. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. With two terraces, one with an immense view of the sea and the other to the west where you can admire sunsets one more beautiful than the other. All the windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Outside, there is a washing machine shared with the Solis Occasum flat.

The strategic location allows you to easily visit cities and beautiful places such as: Pitigliano ( the little Jerusalem) 30 minutes by car, the Terme di Vulci 2 km away, Lake Bolsena 35 minutes away, the nearby Tarquinia and Tuscany, Rome reachable in 70 minutes, without forgetting the beautiful beaches north of the Tyrrhenian coast, such as Argentario, Talamone and Capalbio, and in the south such as the nearby Montalto Marina 10 minutes away, Riva dei Tarquini 15 minutes that have very large free and fully equipped beaches.
